Enjoyed it very much
The first time we went to XIX, we just stopped by for drinks at the bar. We loooved the view and the drinks were great. Staff was very nice and polite. The next day we rushed to make it before 11 to make their breakfast. There were no other diners there and when we got seated it was 10 minutes until they stopped serving breakfast but the waitress called the kitchen and they said they would make us breakfast anyway. Very accommodating since by the time we ordered it was after 11! The french toast and coffee were amazing and we loved the ambiance of the place. It was a great view even from the dining area. It was very quiet and regal. We definitely recommend!

XIX
Me and my girlfriend had dinner there for the first time and I have to say I loved it. The place was amazing and severs "Steve" was great. The food took a little long but It all worked out at the end. I would recommend this place to everyone. This place rocked.

great service
My wife and I celebrated our anniversary here. The room and view were great. The sevice by Hassan and Jesse (?) was very attentive, quick and charming. The food was good, but not memorable. The menu was exgtremely limited, with but one fish entree. The wine list was extensive, but expensive, but good values by the glass. I do not think we will come back.

a little strange
The room is cavernous (though this isn't bad, you have lots of privacy). The food is good though portions are smallish. The wine list is absolutely awful with plonk that sells for $8 retail listed for $40....

rude service
We were there for restaurant week, and the food was surprisingly good. The service was mediocre throughout the meal (took 30 minutes to get our drinks); 20 minutes between courses. At the end of the meal, 2 people were signing their credit card slips, and we were told that another party was waiting and we needed to leave. We had our coats on, we were making out way out, we were not going to wait around and be rude. But because we were asked to leave we deducted from our tip, and we will not be going back.

best restaurant in town
I have lost count of the amount of times that I have been to XIX. It is by far one of the best restaurants in center city. From the ambience to the menu, you can't go wrong. The prices are not that bad either for a nice dining experience. Sitting on the balcony in the summer is beyond gorgeous. Steve is the best bartender by the way if you are at the bar.
