    this place is delicious

    I ordered a small salad and the charcoal sampler for one, I loved everything on the plate,even things I normally don't like! The chicken was juicy,the lamb chops and the rice and the eggplant salad was fantastic....go there!

    Zorbas <3

    I go to Zorbas all the time! Its so good! Very traditional family style Greek cuisine. The atmosphere is nothing special. Very chill and simple. Its just perfect. My favorite part aside from the food are the waiters. Not only for their friendlyness and service but they also make excelent eye candy. Our waiter Stavros was very good looking! I did not know Greek Gods worked as waiters nowadays!

    Better than Estia!

    I've become a bit of a foodie when it comes to Greek food lately, and I am here to tell you that this place is great! Better than Estia because it is a TAVERNA, and therefore closer to the culinary roots of Greek culture. The artwork is done by staff, and it is a family operation. The charcoal grill is a must. My only wish is that they pan fried their saganaki. Opa!

    Restaurant = Food > Atmosphere

    My boyfriend and I started frequenting this place over the summer for lunch. Their lunch menu is actually very affordable, and very well sized portions for lunch. Their dinner prices seem on the higher side, but once you get your plate you understand why. They serve generous portions, but nothing has ever been overwhelming large. When I go to a restaurant, I care little about the atmosphere. As long as it looks clean, my food is hot, and the server isn't nasty, that's all that matters. Food should be more important than what the inside of a place looks like. Zorba's certainly embodies this ideal, the food here is incredible. The interior is simply and tastefully decorated. The wait staff does their job, they ask you what you want and they bring it to you. They don't fuss over you or rush you. The boys do fill your water glass pretty frequently and clear plates, I don't know what more service anyone could want. If you want fanciness, certainly go elsewhere. But every time I go in for a meal it is a seriously sensual experience, which is fancy enough for me. If you are looking for a simply divine meal, go to Zorba's.

    Excellent food and friendly service

    The best restaurant in Fairmount with some of the best Greek food you'll have. The waiters are friendly and knowledgeable. My wife and I have been here countless times and have never had a bad dish.

    friendly owner/great food!

    We went to Zorbas to get their delicious spicy feta dip to-go and realized it was closed (Monday). The owner was sitting outside and we got to talking. Not only was he extremely friendly, he brought us inside and gave us the spicy feta dip, spicy eggplant dip, hummus AND tzatziki on the house! We came home to eat it and ended up eating all of it in one sitting because it was so amazing! We'll definitley be going back later this week when they're open to enjoy some delicious entrees and some more amazing appetizers!
